2 x 175
3 x 150
4 x 125
5 x 100
6 x 75
7 x 50
8 x 25
- Rest is no more than 10 seconds after each distance - so no chit chat!
- The 100's should be on your pace time.
- This set magically adds up to a solid 3K practice.
- Feel free to include some pull or drill into this set to mix it up a bit.
