Swim Workout - April 9, 2010

The Three-Beat Kick
(and the three-beat kick salsa dance, for those who were able to make the video session)

Warmup:

Waterpolo Drills:
4 x 50 head-up, dribbling waterpolo ball
8 x 25 pass ball ahead to partner

Fins:
4 x 50 3-beat kick
4 x 50 single arm + 3-beat kick
4 x 50 2 arms + 3-beat kick
4 x 50 2 arms + 3-beat kick, no fins

Cooldown:
300 drafting
