Hey all, (all 5 of you)
There is going to be a Kids of Steel kids triathlon clinic held on April 17th. It is full now - it was primarily for Teck kids becuase of teck's sponsorship of Triathlon Canada. A few other folks may have got in but there you go. It was such a success that I am anticipating organizing one for the fall as well.
At any rate, the coach that will be coming out from Ontario could make some time available for our club if we wanted to talk to her. Or we could have her out on Friday night and pick her brain and regale her with tales of our prowess and stamina (triathlon-wise). Thoughts?

I'd be into attending such a session, specifically to get an idea of how to structure road riding training, which has always been a bit of a weak link for me. I have no tales with which to regale her though.
